My wife and I live on this boat with two boatboys and a dog. It is a few weeks a year that we allow nice, easy-going people to stay with us and share our floating paradise in the Philippine isles. For us it affords a change in our daily routine, an opportunity to meet new people and of course a way to earn some money to cover our expenses.
We prefer to stay away from touristy places so that we can better enjoy nature above and under water. We are passionate about food and cooking. Whenever possible we try to catch fish and incorporate fresh seafood into our daily menu.
Our routes are determined by weather and season.
It is our belief that only safe trips are good trips.
We travel in a comfortable 54-foot power catamaran with two double guest cabins. We have one dinghy, a kayak, snorkeling and diving equipment as well as fishing tackles. The boat features a freezer, fridge and a watermaker so that shopping intervals may be minimised. The boat is nearly new and in great condition, featuring all relevant safety equipment on board.
As the captain of this boat, I have studied in Switzerland and attained a mechanical engineering degree, and as such continue to regularly maintain and repair the boat myself. These skills enable us to deliver a highly reliable and safe service - one hard to come by elsewhere in the Philippines.
